- Services & Scheduling: Service estimates provided online, by phone, or via form submissions are subject to on-site inspection. Scheduling depends on weather conditions and site accessibility.
- Property Access & Preparation: Customers must ensure clear, safe access to the work site, including unlocking gates and removing obstacles (pets, outdoor furniture, delicate decor) from immediate work areas.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior billing arrangements have been agreed upon.
- Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for service cancellations or rescheduling to avoid potential late-cancellation fees.
- Limitation of Liability: Itasca Window Cleaning works with professional care. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, such as pre-cracked glass, rotted wood trim, sun-damaged window screens, or loose gutter systems.
